BILLING SERVICES

Advanced PT Associates, LLC provides, as a service to their patients, insurance verification and insurance filing for reimbursement of Physical Therapy services.  In order to provide the most efficient and effective service Advanced PT Associates, LLC has partnered with Clinicient to assist in the administrative aspects of patient management.

Clinicient is a state-of-the-art practice management software and billing service that streamlines the patient treatment process.  After your demographic and insurance information is entered into our system, Clinicient is able to oversee the entire insurance claims process.  This includes filing the insurance claim for reimbursement, communicating with the patient regarding payment of claims, providing patient with an itemized list of charges that are the patients responsibility and refilling of claims with secondary insurers. 

Please note that you are only responsible for the amount shown as your responsibility on the statements from Clinicient.  Your insurance company may send you and “Explanation of Benefits”.  This is not a bill from our practice.  The only payment requests from our clinic will come from our billing service company Clinicient.
