Advanced Physical Therapy Associates, LLC provides, as a service to their patients, insurance verification and insurance filing for reimbursement of Physical Therapy services.  Billing is handled in-house to allow for real time access to your account information. 

Please note that you are only responsible for the amount shown as your responsibility on statements generated by Advanced Physical Therapy Associates, LLC.   Your insurance company may send you an “Explanation of Benefits”.  This is not a bill from our practice.
